The Team
Our leaders are recruited both in the UK and in the countries through which we travel. In either case, they go through a rigorous selection procedure, which focuses on their travel experience and personality, before they are trained to our requirements. We feel they are one of our greatest assets and trust you will agree. We believe that they offer a great way to find out more about the local culture and help ‘open doors’ to ensure a fuller experience. It also meets our commitment to encouraging the local economy and developing the skills base within the guidelines of Responsible Tourism.
Our Office team - Arranging adventure trips in remote locations requires considerable knowledge and experience. Our friendly team has years of experience in organising and advising on small group adventures all over the world and can usually offer a personal view on any trip. Many have worked overseas as Group Leaders prior to coming off the road and all have a passion for travel – in fact it’s a problem trying to get them to stay in the office!
